This event was attended by the Minister state secretary in the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing, Răzvan Murgeanu who informed local authorities that the advance money will be given when the first invoices are presented. He has also stated that the implementation of the two projects has to be done as soon as possible, so that the money are spent in due time. The money for the five priority axes has to be contracted by 2013, and by 2015 the funds must be spent. Murgeanu warned that in the case in which local authorities do not develop the projects in a period of six months, the money will be taken by the ministry and assigned to other projects. As for the first project, Mircea Cosma announced that the specification is ready for the tender.
